Taking the best ingredients sourced directly from local suppliers, and using traditional techniques refined over time, we help the ingredients shine into our Sushi.

Menu
Our menu consists only of the Omakase course.
£160 per person.
As Omakase means "Leave it up to you", the chef will prepare various dishes that showcases the best locally sourced ingredients in season.
Enjoy premium sushi, as well as seasonal appetisers.
We also offer £100 per person "Lunch Time Omakase" reduced menu.

Dietary Requirements
As a specialised traditional sushi restaurant, we are unable to cater to customers with allergies and dietary requirements, including vegetarians and vegans.
Reservation
A reservation is required for all customers.
We kindly ask that you make a reservation in advance prior to your visit.
Please make your reservation using the link below, where you can reserve up to 8 weeks in advance.

We also have gift cards available for those that would like to give their friends and loved ones the experience of authentic Omakase sushi dining.
Our Policies
＜Time＞
Our reservation time starts promptly at the scheduled time.
Please arrive with plenty of time to spare, and enjoy a drink or two at our bar area.
In the event of any late arrival or early departure, there is a possibility that we may not be able to serve some parts of the course.
If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please let us know or your reservation may be cancelled.
＜Children＞
We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12 due to the menu and layout of the restaurant.
Customers who attend with children will have their reservation cancelled and a cancellation fee may be charged.
＜Perfumes and Colognes＞
Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances such as perfume and colognes when visiting our restaurant. Please also inform your accompanying guests of this request.
The Bar
Be transported to a little piece of Japan.
Try a nice cold pint of Kirin on tap or our various selection of Sake,
while you await your Omakase course to start, or after you have finished your course.
After our last service, we offer Karaoke to those who want the "full Japanese expereince"
